Province of the Mists
The Society for Creative Anachronism (SCA) is an international
organization dedicated to researching and re-creating pre-17th-
century European history. The Province of the Mists is a branch of
the Society for Creative Anachronism
(SCA) located in the Principality of the Mists,
in the Kingdom of the West.
Mundanely we are in California and extend south into San Leandro and
north into Western Contra Costa County to
the Carquinez Bridge, encompassing Alameda, Albany, Berkeley,
Crockett, Hercules, Kensington, El Cerrito, Oakland, Pinole,
Richmond, Rodeo, San Pablo, and most (if not all) of El Sobrante.Meetings
Every first Monday of the month is the Province A&S meeting. These meetings are held at Eilis's house in Berkeley.Every third Monday of the month is the Province Business meeting. These meetings are held at the Round Table Pizza in Albany. 962 San Pablo Avenue, Albany, CA.
BART Fighter Practice
The Province is proud to host the oldest fighter practice of the whole Known World. Food and shopping in the vicinity. Since it's in a parking lot there's ample parking.Location: Big parking lot of the Rockridge BART station in Oakland, CA
